In case I don’t have any customers yet for WhatsApp, can I already apply to become an ISV?

Ideally, you should apply to become an ISV once you have at least two customers to be onboarded. If you’re still in the beginning of your WhatsApp product roadmap and don’t have a sales funnel yet, we strongly recommend that you create an account with tyntec and use your company’s WhatsApp Business account to demo/test for your clients.
