Microsoft Deploys tyntec Connectors for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Globally
Using Microsoft Flow and tyntec connectors, Dynamics 365 users can now send messages via WhatsApp, Viber and SMS, enriching customer journey and marketing engagement
MUNICH – October 8, 2020 – tyntec, a global cloud communications provider, today announces the integration of its WhatsApp, Viber and SMS connectors with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Today’s marketers understand the business impact of providing frictionless customer journey. More often than not, it takes many underlying services to power the level of experience today’s consumers are demanding.
By adding tyntec connectors directly in Microsoft Flow, more businesses can now quickly build customized experiences and workflows, complete with messaging channels to send notifications, invitations, or personalized messages to engage their audience, without having to leave their Dynamics 365 environment.
Having been certified and deployed by Microsoft, tyntec’s connectors (tyntec Viber Business, tyntec WhatsApp Business and tyntec SMS) allow the tyntec services to communicate with Microsoft’s Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps. Users can now connect their tyntec accounts in their Dynamics 365 environment and start using tyntec services without integrating the tyntec APIs directly.
tyntec’s Portability Check service, which enables users to validate phone numbers before sending messages to avoid failed attempts, is also available as a Microsoft Flow connector.
“Differentiated marketing experiences and seamless digital customer journeys are critical for achieving revenue growth. And helping businesses leverage technologies to connect the journeys is what tyntec is focusing on. Microsoft Flow allows users to create and automate workflows across multiple applications and services without technical help from developers, which makes it the perfect environment for tyntec’s messaging services,” says Marco Lafrentz, VP of Products at tyntec.
Microsoft users leveraging the Flow’s pre-built actions and triggers for apps and workflows can start using tyntec services to engage their audience over major messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Viber and SMS.
