Microsoft Deploys tyntec Connectors for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Globally
Using Microsoft Flow and tyntec connectors, Dynamics 365 users can now send messages via WhatsApp, Viber and SMS, enriching customer journey and marketing engagement

Having been certified and deployed by Microsoft, tyntec’s connectors (tyntec Viber Business, tyntec WhatsApp Business and tyntec SMS) allow the tyntec services to communicate with Microsoft’s Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure Logic Apps. Users can now connect their tyntec accounts in their Dynamics 365 environment and start using tyntec services without integrating the tyntec APIs directly.
tyntec’s Portability Check service, which enables users to validate phone numbers before sending messages to avoid failed attempts, is also available as a Microsoft Flow connector.
