Assuming that your system sent out the message only once to tyntec, you can check how many messages were actually sent by:
- Checking your own system or back-end
- Checking your sent messages via tyntec’s message tracker on our customer portal my tyntec.
Even if you sent one text message, multiple message deliveries can occur if a node involved in the delivery process doesn’t confirm the message receipt. This triggers a resend by tyntec’s SMS platform, which can result in the issue of multiple deliveries.
