Does tyntec support accented and foreign language characters for business SMS sending?

All languages are supported, because tyntec’s messaging platform supports all common SMS data codings, including GSM7, ASCII and Unicode Data coding support specific to certain countries or certain mobile operators might limit the character type support, however. Note that the maximum length for Unicode content is 70 characters, while text messages allows up to 160 characters.

To send Unicode messages, please add the “type=unicode” parameter for HTTP users or set DCS=8 for SMPP users. Check here for more information.
