Connecting your Viber Business account with Conversations Inbox is easy. Follow the steps below to connect your Viber Business account and start talking to customers on Viber.

In order to complete the configuration for your Conversations Inbox, you will need administrative access to your Conversations Inbox.

 

In case you don’t have a Viber Business account yet, you request yours with tyntec at support@tyntec.com.

 

After you have created your Viber Business Account, just get in touch with us at support@tyntec.com to add your Viber Business Account to your Conversations Inbox.
