Will my SMS messages arrive in order in case of concatenated SMS?

If your tyntec SMS connection includes concatenated messages, your SMS messages will arrive in order. Concatenated messages allow you to send SMS messages longer than 160 characters (or 70 characters for Unicode). To enable this feature on SMPP, you must split the concatenated message into segments and use a specific User Data Header (UDH), as described in the SMPP 3.4 documentation. For HTTP and REST, you can send tyntec one long message.

If you haven’t enabled concatenated SMS, the correct order is not guaranteed. If you do not want to enable this feature, we recommend that you append a page reference following each message, for example 1/3, 2/3, 3/3.
