Can I integrate the Conversations Inbox with my own custom chat?

With tyntec’s Conversations Inbox you can also integrate your business’ other app- / web-chats if those can provide the conversations via API. This can be, for example, the proprietary business chat that you use for your website or app, or an external webchat provider you already use.
