Can Conversations Inbox enable Single Sign-On?

The Conversations Inbox comes by default without SSO enabled, but it can be enabled on a case-by-case basis.

If this is required, usually Conversations Inbox offers Single Sign-On for businesses that utilize AD FS / SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language).

Conversations Inbox allows for separation of the user and password steps within the login. The SSO will be detected based on a user. If you wish to provide custom fields during the login, this is also possible. You can enable, for example, a direct association of an agent with a specific team or the association of a user with a role.

Currently, the AD FS flow governs:

  • User (name)
  • Authentication (password)
  • Role
  • Channel access

✉️ If your business requires SSO, please contact us on support@tyntec.com to discuss your requirements.
