Is WhatsApp included in the Conversations Inbox?

Yes. When subscribing to the Conversations Inbox, you have at least one WhatsApp Business Profile included.

That means, price-wise, you actually have to choose a WhatsApp package (Starter at EUR 89, Growth at EUR 169, or Enterprise at EUR 299) and just add EUR 100 on top to access all the features of the Conversations Inbox.

You can add other channels to your Conversations Inbox without additional monthly fees.
