Does tyntec support message templates for Viber?
For Russia, Belarus, and Ukraine, transactional messages can be sent only as message templates. Please note that this feature is not yet available with tyntec.
ℹ️ If you are based in any of these countries and plan to send service traffic outside of them, you must use two different accounts one for your end-users in any of these countries and the second account for your end-users in all other countries.
