  • Carrier Manager (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of business partners (mobile operators and aggregators) at executive and day-to-day level
    • Build and execute comprehensive account development plans for each partner
    • Identify and drive initiatives to strengthen key relationships, grow (bilateral) business, and reinforce tyntec’s value proposition
    • Act as point of escalation to support other business areas
    • Represent tyntec at industry events and conferences

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the telecom market, either at a mobile aggregator or mobile operator
    • Experience and passion in negotiating contracts or service level agreements
    • Compliance and process oriented while still being able to think outside the box
    • Ability to grasp and communicate technically complex products and services
    • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • A self-starter able to prioritize effectively

  • Junior Financial Accountant – AR (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Process electronic bank statements on a daily basis, allocate payment and receipts
    • Proactively target and collect AR debtors’ balances ensuring that cash collections are maximized
    • Apply and allocate cash receipts promptly to ensure that customer accounts are current and up to date at all times
    • Support the Accounts Payable Manager
    • Identify customer billing queries and disputes and resolve promptly
    • Perform credit checks on new and existing prospects
    • Work closely with internal Sales and Finance teams

    • First experiences in an accounts receivable role and exposure to credit control and billing function, preferably using SAP

    Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

    • Beratung von tyntecs Management und in erster Linie der technischen Abteilungen in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit
    • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von tyntecs Information Security Management System
    • In Anlehnung an Best Practices und Compliance-Anforderungen: Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien, -Konzepten und -Prozessen zum Schutz der Systeme und Daten
    • Überwachung der Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen sowie der Einhaltung von Sicherheitsstandards
    • Erkennung und Bewertung von Risiken, sowie Erarbeitung von entsprechenden Maßnahmen

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • IP networks: Switching, Routing, Firewalling, VPN, Wi-Fi
    • Maintaining high availability and load balancing of customer services
    • Maintaining our own data center
    • Internal services: Monitoring, Authentication, DNS, file services etc.
    • Network security
    • Monitoring and error analysis
    • Continuously improving our infrastructure and processes
    • 3rd level customer support

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Degree in computer science, telecommunication, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
    • Considerable work experience in networking, routing protocols and security mechanisms (e.g. TLS, IPsec, etc.)
    • Experience with products from Juniper, HP, and Fortinet
    • Knowledge and interest in GNU/Linux and Shell scripting or scripting languages
    • Knowledge in SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, high availability, Puppet will be appreciated
    • Familiar with command line interfaces
    • Willingness to take part in planned shifts in the “Engineer on Duty” model
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, work independently as well as in a team and to continuously expand your knowledge
