  • Junior Billing Manager (m/f)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Manage customer billing process (check data integrity, prepare invoices plus reports and send out to customers)
    • Identify customer billing queries, disputes, payment issues and resolve promptly
    • Proactively target and collect AR debtors’ balances, ensuring that cash collections are maximized
    • Support the accounts payable/receivable manager
    • Apply and allocate cash receipts promptly to ensure that customer accounts are current and up to date at all times
    • Review company travel expenses in compliance with travel and government policies
    • Work closely with internal sales team

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • First experiences in an accounts receivable department and exposure to credit control and billing function, preferably using SAP
    • Understanding of revenue recognition
    • Well-organized and timely manner with an affinity for numbers
    • Strong communication skills with fluency in German and English
    • Positive personality with a growth mind-set

  • Junior System Administrator (m/f)

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Responsibility for the administration and support of our Windows environment, as well as basic support of Linux servers
    • 1st and 2nd level support to our users
    • Coordination of technical issues and internal projects between technical and business teams
    • Maintenance of our telephone system
    • Supporting our internal system and users, as well as office and facility management

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Competent in supporting a Windows environment with basic knowledge in using Linux
    • Configuration and deployment of Active Directory Services in a mixed OS environment
    • Experience in virtualization (Xen, Hyper-V, KVM) and networks (LAN, VPN, Routing, Firewalls)
    • Ability to do basic Hardware maintenance on Laptops, PC’s
    • Motivation to take on new skills and challenges with commitment and self-initiative
    • Enjoy working independently and flexibly in a small team, where fluency in English is essential
