  • Event and Communications Manager (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    Event Management

    • Plan and execute complex events that build upon tyntec’s core values and culture
    • Create event concepts that are fresh, unique, and relevant for the brand and target audience
    • Facilitate cross unit collaboration and communication among internal stakeholders and partners, and well as our external resources
    • Establish expectations and timelines to ensure successful execution according to plan
    • Cultivate relationships with finance and procurement partners to ensure compliant processing of vendor agreements, purchase orders, and payments
    • Willingness to travel

    Corporate Communications

    • Develop, execute and manage corporate marketing and communications strategies for tyntec’s international internal and external stakeholders
    • Create relevant marketing and communication concepts, content and materials for internal and external target groups using a variety of platforms to promote tyntec’s high-technology B2B products
    • Manage and coordinate internal communications, working with key internal stakeholders and executives to drive business and organizational change communications
    • Develop, maintain and monitor effective social media

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Substantial working experience in B2B marketing, public relations, corporate communications and/or social media, preferably in the internet, social media or mobile communications industry
    • Ability to communicate complex technological topics in an easy-to-understand and compelling way for various international target groups
    • Superior ability to conceptualize and articulate value for internal and external stakeholders
    • Tech-savvy personality interested in the evolution of internet and mobile communications
    • Understanding basics of corporate design and branding
    • Creative mind and team player, managing projects in an agile environment
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English

  • System and Network Engineer (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • IP networks: Switching, Routing, Firewalling, VPN, Wi-Fi
    • Maintaining high availability and load balancing of customer services
    • Maintaining our own data center
    • Internal services: Monitoring, Authentication, DNS, file services etc.
    • Network security
    • Monitoring and error analysis
    • Continuously improving our infrastructure and processes
    • 3rd level customer support

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Degree in computer science, telecommunication, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
    • Considerable work experience in networking, routing protocols and security mechanisms (e.g. TLS, IPsec, etc.)
    • Experience with products from Juniper, HP, and Fortinet
    • Knowledge and interest in GNU/Linux and Shell scripting or scripting languages
    • Knowledge in SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, high availability, Puppet will be appreciated
    • Familiar with command line interfaces
    • Willingness to take part in planned shifts in the “Engineer on Duty” model
    • Ability to adapt quickly to new tasks, work independently as well as in a team and to continuously expand your knowledge
    • Good communicator and social personality
    • Fluency in English, intermediate German

  • Junior Service & Support Manager - Shift System (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Business support for international clients regarding technical questions concerning our products and solutions (1st level – 24/7 support)
    • Analysis of issues, solution driven troubleshooting and follow-up
    • Monitoring of internal systems and services and recovery in case of failure
    • Documenting and assigning of support requests to corresponding departments

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Excel at operating in a diverse and agile environment
    • Experience in a customer facing role
    • Understand what defines excellent customer service
    • Enjoy helping customers and colleagues and solving technical problems
    • Very good communication skills (email and phone)
    • Analytical thinking and keen eye for detail
    • Ability to act based on trained knowledge, also in unfamiliar situations
    • Take ownership of topics and show responsibility
    • Ability to work flexibly in challenging situations
    • Fast learner and embrace/appreciate a dynamic work environment, adjusting to technical evolution
