  • Carrier Manager (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Manage and develop a portfolio of business partners (mobile operators and aggregators) at executive and day-to-day level
    • Build and execute comprehensive account development plans for each partner
    • Identify and drive initiatives to strengthen key relationships, grow (bilateral) business, and reinforce tyntec’s value proposition
    • Act as point of escalation to support other business areas
    • Represent tyntec at industry events and conferences

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the telecom market, either at a mobile aggregator or mobile operator
    • Experience and passion in negotiating contracts or service level agreements
    • Compliance and process oriented while still being able to think outside the box
    • Ability to grasp and communicate technically complex products and services
    • Have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
    • A self-starter able to prioritize effectively
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to switch between strategic and operational activities frequently
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, assertive personality and professional mannerism
    • Fluent in English
    • Willing to travel internationally

  • Customer Success Manager (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Promote tyntec’s services (enhancements, updates, new initiatives, maintenance) through the relationships you have fostered within assigned accounts leading to renewal and potential for new business
    • Facilitate a seamless customer on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth ‘go live’
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to capture business opportunities with customers at day-to-day and executive level
    • Conduct proactive sales activities, including needs assessment, proposal development, proposal presentation, order negotiation and post-sales services
    • Anticipate customers’ requirements and possible challenges - make our customers successful
    • Identify potential issues within the accounts and work with the wider business to take timely and effective action to find solutions
    • Proactively monitor service usage and customer satisfaction and address gaps against targets
    • Contribute to the achievement of company goals, growth and profitability targets
    • Represent tyntec at industry events and conferences

  • Salesforce / IT Administrator (m/f/d)

    Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

    • Take full ownership of Salesforce, both supporting existing processes and implementing new solutions
    • Perform administrative responsibilities such as profile permissions, user creation and provisioning
    • Document technical implementations and processes for both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our users, as well as instructions and training to support our internal system and users
    • Implement and maintain a robust process for user access management and control
    • Ensure compliance with key data security and data protection regulations in all data processes
    • Manage data clean-up projects and activities
    • Take responsibility for administration and support of all Windows and Linux computer systems, including servers for our back office

     

    The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

    • 1-2 years’ experience in Salesforce admin and in creating reports and dashboards
    • Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders
    • Desire to constantly improve your skills and learn more about developing features and tools
    • Experience with Windows Server 2012, Active Directory and using a Linux Operating System
    • Know-how in configuration and deployment of Active Directory Services in a mixed operating system environment
    • Experience in the following fields: LDAP/Active Directory, Linux Shell Scripting, Samba, Desktop maintenance, SQL Databases, ticket system
    • Ability to do basic Hardware maintenance on Laptops, PC’s
    • Motivation to learn new skills and take on challenges with commitment and self-initiative
    • Enjoy working independently and flexibly in a small team
    • Written and verbal fluency in English is essential

  • Information Security Manager (m/w/d)

    Ihr Verantwortungsbereich:

    • Beratung von tyntecs Management und in erster Linie der technischen Abteilungen in Bezug auf Informationssicherheit
    • Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von tyntecs Information Security Management System
    • In Anlehnung an Best Practices und Compliance-Anforderungen: Erstellung und Pflege von IT-Sicherheitsrichtlinien, -Konzepten und -Prozessen zum Schutz der Systeme und Daten
