Can I request an expansion of my trial period?

No. If the 30 day trial period elapses and the business hasn’t yet completed verification, the phone number is disconnected and unable to send messages.

We recommend that you aim at getting your business verified during this timeframe. With tyntec, you can use your 1,500 complimentary messages also AFTER the company has been verified. 

You do not lose your free credits upon the completion of business verification.
