  • Can I integrate the Conversations Inbox with my own custom chat?

    With tyntec’s Conversations Inbox you can also integrate your business’ other app- / web-chats if those can provide the conversations via API. This can be, for example, the proprietary business chat that you use for your website or app, or an external webchat provider you already use. 

    ✉️ To connect your existing web chat provider, first check with your provider to support an API for conversations management. Then get in touch with us at support@tyntec.com to discuss the details.

  • What system integrations are available for the Conversations Inbox?

    We provide integrations to CRM and AI systems free of charge for our customers to reduce development time and resources when using the Conversations Inbox, including Microsoft Dynamics and IBM Watson.

  • How many WhatsApp Business Accounts can a company create until it’s verified?

    You can only create two WhatsApp Business Accounts before your Business Verification is complete. You can create additional accounts after you are verified.

    Also, the unverified trial state is only valid for the first verified phone number for each WhatsApp Business Account. Each additional number added to the WhatsApp business account needs to wait until the business is verified and has passed all the WhatsApp checks to send messages.

  • How can I start with the Conversations Inbox?

    The Conversations Inbox is an omnichannel, web-based platform that includes one WhatsApp Business Profile. The first step to start the Conversations Inbox is to create your WhatsApp Business Profile and then enable you to access the platform with an easy setup.

    After your WhatsApp Business Profile has been configured, you can proceed with your Conversations Inbox by filling out this form.

    After that, you will receive an email with a personalized link to your Conversations Inbox setup. Follow the link from the email and fill out the form.

    It takes between 1–2 business days until your Conversations Inbox is activated. You will receive a link via email to activate your admin account.
