Here’s an overview of the steps you have to follow to create your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA):

 

    1. Sign up for a tyntec account

 

    1. Create your WhatsApp Profile on your tyntec account

 

    1. Connect with Facebook

 

    1. Verify your business 

 

    1. (Optional) Unverified trial

 

    1. Once your business is verified, unlock your account and start messaging!

 

ℹ️ If your phone number is connected with an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system, you should proceed to the IVR onboarding process.

ℹ️ To create your WhatsApp Profile, you need a Facebook Business account. In case you do not have one yet, sign up here: https://business.facebook.com/
Also, you must be an admin of the Facebook Business Manager account to submit an ID for verification.

⚠️ Note that this process is not available yet for WhatsApp ISV partners due to a Facebook restriction. Clients coming from an ISV partner need to continue with their existing process, as described here.
