Why is my sender ID domain not delivering?

Certain carrier networks may have restrictions on the usage of branded sender IDs or may not support this feature at all. Some operators require whitelisting to ensure delivery with a desired senderID, in order to protect their subscribers from spam and fraud.

Therefore, if you send text messages to an unsupported country, your senderID will not be delivered. If you wish to have senderIDs supported for specific countries and/or networks, the tyntec technical support team will let you know which operators require senderID registration.

This process usually involves submitting a request to the respective operators on your behalf indicating the desired senderID and your use cases. The process usually takes a few business days to complete. Whenever your desired senderID is not supported, it might get replaced with another senderID (alphanumeric or numeric) to ensure the delivery.
