What is tyntec’s refund policy?

If you believe a refund is due, please email billing@tyntec.com and request a refund of any credits.

Please provide your bank detail (account and routing numbers) as well as the refund amount. Refunds for post-paid accounts are processed within a week. Full refunds to pre-paid accounts are processed upon contract termination and are subject to review if the account balance is not in line with the current usage volume.
