How much does the Conversations Inbox with WhatsApp cost?

The Conversations Inbox is currently available as WhatsApp and/or Viber packages. Other channels such as Instagram, Facebook Messenger, etc., can be activated on top at no extra charge.

If you’d like to use the Conversations Inbox with WhatsApp, the pricing is calculated on your chosen WhatsApp package (see options below), plus add EUR 100 for Conversations Inbox full access.

Pick your preferred WhatsApp package from these options:

  • Starter: EUR 89, incl. unlimited session messaging for 1000 monthly active contacts. Additional contact charged at EUR 0.09
  • Growth: EUR 169, incl. unlimited session messaging for 3500 monthly active contacts. Additional contact charged at EUR 0.05
  • Enterprise: EUR 299, incl. unlimited session messaging for 6000 monthly active contacts. Additional contact charged at EUR 0.03.

  • 1 WhatsApp Business Profile, with one phone number
