Viber Business Messages provides customers with the following messaging services:
- One-way: Companies send out messages; users cannot reply.
- Two-way: Companies start the conversation and users can reply, allowing for deeper interactions.
- Sessions: Users initiate the conversation with companies.
For both 'one-way' or 'two-way', you can choose between 'transactional' (e.g. appointment reminders, shipping updates) and/or 'promotional' (e.g. coupons, discounts, etc.). Please note that transactional and promotional message pricing varies, being that promotional is usually more expensive.
Each of these messaging services can be ordered separately – which trigger an unique serviceID. Even when a company orders more than one service, these are all connected with the same Business Page. Your serviceIDs will also be tyntec-specific.
ℹ️ Note that if you have multiple services associated with your Profile, the monthly minimum spend is associated with your requested services. That means, if you choose 'Two-way' and 'Sessions', your monthly minimum spend applies for each.
