Responsibilities would include but are not limited to:

  • Research and document relevant contact information for existing and new contacts
  • Apply consultative phone skills to cold-call prospects: project confidence, clearly articulate, inspire, influence, overcome obstacles and objections – resilience is key
  • Maintain Salesforce with confirmed customer information
  • Participate in regular team meetings to learn best practices with regard to market research, marketing and sales functions

Digital Marketing Manager (m/f)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and online advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our online and digital presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies for lead generation via online channels
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, and provide recommendations and leadership

The ideal candidate should have the following profile:

  • Native English speaker
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, preferably in a digital agency (B2B & technology communications)
