With Support Inbox you can enable business hours per individual channel. Here’s how:
- Navigate to ‘Channels’ in your Support Inbox
- Select a channel you want to adjust the business hours for
- Choose your availability for the channel
- When selecting ‘Selected hours’, you can choose the weekday and opening hours
- Choose a timezone
- Select ‘Save’ on the right side to save your settings.
Note: Business hours are always set per individual channel.
