Support Inbox offers Single Sign-On for businesses that utilize AD FS / SAML (Security Assertion Markup Language).

Support Inbox allows for separation of the user and password steps within the login. The SSO will be detected based on a user. If you wish to provide custom fields during the login, this is also possible. This can enable for example a direct association of an agent with a specific team, or the association of a user with a role. 

Currently the AD FS flow governs: 

  • User (name)
  • Authentication (password)
  • Role 
  • Channel access
