Connecting your WhatsApp Business account with Support Inbox is easy. Follow the steps below to connect your WhatsApp Business account and start talking to customers on WhatsApp.

In order to complete the configuration for your Support Inbox, you will need administrative access to your Facebook Business Manager account and Support Inbox.

In case you don’t have a WhatsApp Business account yet, you request yours with tyntec here.  

After you have created your WhatsApp Business account, just get in touch with us at onboarding@tyntec.com to add your WhatsApp Business account to your Support Inbox.
