As chairman of the board, Thomas creates value for tyntec and their customers by engaging with the leadership team to support their efforts for growth globally and for sustainable leadership in the mobile communications market.
Pre-tyntec operated as executive in the IT industry gaining experience leading global enterprises and mid-market companies as CEO and officer in the US, UK and Germany and established board member as chairman of private equity funded and publicly listed companies.
Director: Roland Dennert
Roland is Managing Partner at Cipio Partners (www.cipiopartners.com), a European secondary direct and growth capital investment management and advisory firm. Roland leads Cipio’s origination activities while serving on a number of company boards in Europe and Israel. He started his private equity career at 3i Group investing in technology and mid-market buyout deals.
Before 3i, Roland was a strategy consultant with Roland Berger in Munich and The Boston Consulting Group in Paris, as well as a robotics engineer with Hitachi Ltd. in Japan. Roland holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a Master of Electrical Engineering from ETH Lausanne, Switzerland.

As tyntec’s CEO, Nicola builds foundations for the company’s sustainable growth. Powering up all functions across the entire company, she leads her teams to deliver greater value to tyntec’s customers by enabling them to easily integrate the advantages of mobile communications into their businesses.

Director: Thorsten Trapp
Serial entrepreneur, lateral thinker, trend spotter, and mobile industry expert. Since co-founding tyntec in 2002, Thorsten has been developing and driving innovation to continuously improve company’s products and services.
Pre-tyntec: Inventor of tyntec’s dynamic SS7 platform, Mobile Number Portability System, and tt.One product. Holder of several patents. Studied Computer Science and Biology at Technical University Dortmund, Germany.
