What you will be doing:
- Dive deep into customer challenges! Participate in Product Discovery to clarify customer pain points, needs, and opportunities for innovation. You advocate for the customer at every stage of the product development process. You bridge the gap between the customer and business needs, working in a Trio with Product Engineering and Product Design to come up with innovative solution ideas
- Transform our product strategy into user adoption and business impact! Create a plan to drive impact for your product area and align it with the company’s business goals and market trends. Understand the competitive landscape and industry dynamics to ensure you and your team are “building the right solutions”. Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, other stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of the strategy
- Support efficient delivery! Take ownership of quarterly or semi-annual objectives to prioritize impactful initiatives. Collaborate closely with our Product Engineering teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product features and enhancements. Manage and prioritize the product backlog while addressing challenges and roadblocks. Measure success and foster continuous improvement and innovation
- Be a Promoter! Serve as the internal and external representative for your product area, showcasing its value proposition and unique selling points. Ensure our customer-facing teams are well-informed about the most relevant value-adding features and functionalities and support them with the necessary materials
- Base your decisions on data insights! Apply data, research, and market analysis to your daily work
Who we are looking for:
- 3+ years’ experience working as a product manager for SaaS
- Understanding and experience with B2B2C business models and experience with offer management and RFP processes
- You have a track record of shipping customer value that translates into business value, working with a cross-functional tech team and guiding it to achieve defined milestones
- You have a mindset of creativity, curiosity, and willingness to grow
- Since your product will need to support various third-party integrations, a basic understanding of RESTful APIs is needed
- Excellent communications and writing skills in English with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
