What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring high level service quality, in-life support, and technical point of contact for our international key customers
  • Assisting the sales team with onboarding new customers and using our services
  • Using feedback provided by our customers and collaborating with Partner Management to improve the customer journey
  • Assisting customers in all stages of collaboration
  • Responding to inbound tickets from internal & external stakeholders on service issues

Who we are looking for:

  • First experiences in technical customer support
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, well organized and a keen eye for detail
  • Take ownership of topics and show responsibility and agility in challenging situations
  • Fast learner embracing and appreciating a dynamic work environment
  • Advanced written and spoken English language skills
  • Broad knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
  • Telecommunications background or experience is considered a plus, particularly in the messaging industry and protocols
  • Positive attitude with a growth mind-set
