Long number (e.g. +44 7624 80055) is an inbound mechanism used by businesses to receive SMS messages and/or voice calls, and is used in place of short code numbers. As well as being internationally available, Long Numbers enable businesses to have their own number, rather than short codes which are generally shared across a lot of brands.
