• Maintain daily contact with our service providers and with international Mobile Network Operators.
• Cost analysis, Service Level Management, supplier qualification and development, supplier performance management.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and KPI Reporting.
• Defining and solving problems and issues in a creative or innovative way, drive de-escalation of issues by negotiating solutions.
• Analyze revenue stream depending on supplier pricing and conditions.
• Participate in negotiations with key suppliers, including negotiations on cost, terms, and conditions.
• Ability and willingness to learn to know technically complex products and services

• Do you have 2 to 3 years experience in a service related industry like Telecommunications, Internet Service Provider, business-to-business services or similar environments?
• Do you have experiences in Contract or Service Management with specific work in cost analysis or Service Level Management
• Do you like working in an operational environment, do you enjoy juggling many tasks at once and do you like to negotiate?
• Are you analytical and well organized and do you solve problems in a structured way?
• Are you an energetic, self motivated, entrepreneurial team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills?
• Do you have a broad knowledge and familiarity with MS Office applications especially with Excel?
• Are you fluent in English both written and verbal, an additional language is a plus?
