The GSM Association is the global trade association that exists to promote, protect and enhance the interests of more than 690 GSM mobile operators globally. Founded in 1987 by 15 operators committed to the joint development of a cross border digital system for mobile communications, the Association's members now provide mobile services to over 1.6 billion customers across more than 213 countries and territories around the world.
International Air Transport Association
IATA, the International Air Transport Association, is an international trade body created over 60 years ago. Today, IATA’s mission is to represent, lead and serve the airline industry. Its members comprise some 240 airlines - the world’s leading passenger and cargo airlines among them - representing 94 percent of international scheduled air traffic. IATA Strategic Partners are suppliers and service providers of the air transport industry who, as members of the IATA Strategic Partnerships, interact with IATA and its Member airlines in the development of industry solutions. As invaluable contributors to the industry, IATA Strategic Partners are involved in a wide-range of sectors throughout the industry. Through their membership in the programme, Partners are active in IATA committees and working groups, as well as in various IATA initiatives. RIPE NCC
The RIPE NCC is an independent, not-for-profit membership organisation that supports the infrastructure of the Internet through technical co-ordination in its service region. The most prominent activity of the RIPE NCC is to act as the Regional Internet Registry (RIR) providing global Internet resources and related services (IPv4, IPv6 and AS Number resources) to members in the RIPE NCC service region. The membership consists mainly of Internet Service Providers (ISPs), telecommunication organisations and large corporations located in Europe, the Middle East and parts of Central Asia.
